After school hours are limited. We are not able to guarantee after school or evening appointments.
Telephone hours 10 AM to 5 PM, Please note therapist is not always able to answer the phone, please leave a message and someone from the office will return your call within 48-72 hours.
* If you would like a call back you must leave a message. Also, pleae make sure your phone is set up to receive calls and your mail box is not full so we can leave a message. Often when someone states they did not get a call back it is because we weren’t able to leave them a message or they did not leave a call back number.

No Show / Late Cancellation Policy Fee:
In order for therapy to be effective, you have to be here. That may seem obvious, but in the press of daily life, with all the demands on your time, you may lose sight of this.A cancelled appointment hurts three people: you, your therapist, and another client who could have potentially utilized your time slot. Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for our clients. When a session is cancelled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another current client, a client on the wait list, or a client with a clinical emergency. In addition, we are unable to bill your insurance company for sessions that are not kept.
A fee of $85 will be charged to the card on file when you miss or cancel an appointment without giving 48 hours advanced notice. This means that if an appointment is scheduled for 3:00 pm on a Tuesday, notice must be given by 3:00 pm on Sunday at the absolute latest. Please do not text or email us about scheduling. We handled all scheduling issues over the phone to reduce the chance of a miscommunication. You can cancel your appointment by calling our office at 706-521-3327 and leaving a message or call Anne directly at 352-735-8741. This will time and date stamp your call. Appointments are considered no shows after 20 minutes and the card on file is ran that day.
All fees must be paid before you are able to schedule another appointment. Please note that this fee cannot be applied for clients with Medicaid insurance. Thus, clients with Medicaid insurance who have two late cancellations or missed sessions will be referred to other providers.
